We rear chickens from day old chicks through to growers and onto point of lay, we usually have a wide range of colours, from the limited edition Coronation Sussex to the very dark egg laying types. We also have gorgeous bantams, ideal for smaller gardens or for children to rear, as well as super cute silkies. We are open from February through to September. All of our hens can be seen here on our smallholding just outside of Lewes, East Sussex.
Breeds: Hybrids: Skyline, Marans, Amber Star, Rhode Rock, Partridge Leghorn, Bluebell, Silver Sussex, Light Sussex, Coronation Sussex, Columbian Black Horn, Black Copper Maran, Speckled Maran, Devon Blue, Emerald. Pure Breeds: Bantams, Silkies, Pekins, Buff Orpingtons, Vorwerks, Bronze Turkeys, White Turkeys, Norfolk Black Turkeys Ducks, both egg layers and meat ducks. These are Aylesbury x Pekin strain. Quails We also have hatching eggs of all types for sale.
