Tom's Farm is a rare breeds small holding based in London settled within a school for boys aged 4-19 who suffer with social, emotional and mental health needs. The farm is set up as a therapy center as well as offering academic courses in animal care.
On the farm we breed a range of animals including top quality poultry. Everything is bred and hatched onsite - allowing the boys to learn about the whole process.
